Returns and Exchanges
As long as the item is unused and has the brand tag attached, you can return or exchange it if you contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. In addition to exchanges for initial defects, we also accept exchanges for products or colors for customer reasons, such as "different from the image" or "different color."
Products that cannot be returned

Return shipping fees
If the return is deemed to be due to a mistake on our part (such as a defective product or receiving a product that is different from what you ordered), we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns due to customer reasons.
Refund Policy
After we have inspected the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be made to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
*Please note that applications made on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, long vacation periods, and the periods leading up to them will be processed after the vacation period.
For those who paid by credit card, depending on the date of the transaction, the cancellation may be refunded in the following month.
If you return an item for which you used a coupon, we will refund the amount after the coupon discount.
Please note that coupons cannot be refunded once used.
For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be made by bank transfer to your designated bank account.
