What is Neo-embossing?
This technique utilizes a specialized mold to apply both heat and pressure to the material, creating a unique, three-dimensional artistic pattern. The mold is heated to a high temperature, and the material is placed on top, where pressure is then applied, engraving the design into the surface with precision. Unlike regular embossing, neo-embossing achieves a deeper, more distinct pattern, offering both a visually striking and tactilely unique finish. This advanced method enhances products with an exclusive sense of luxury and refined design, elevating their overall appeal.
Ordering
To confirm whether the order has been successfully placed.
Once your order is successfully placed, an Order Confirmation Email will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.

Have not received an order confirmation email
An order confirmation email is automatically sent when your order is successfully completed. If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes, please check the following:
Spam or Junk Folder: Ensure the email has not been sorted into your spam or junk folder.
Email Settings: Confirm that your email settings allow messages from the "@t.shopifyemail.com" domain.
Registered Email Address: Verify that the email address you provided during registration is correct.
Order Status: Ensure your order has been processed successfully.

Is it possible to order products online and pick them up in-store?
We sincerely apologize, but we are unable to offer in-store reservations. Our services are limited to delivery only.
Cooling off system
The "cooling-off" system applies specifically to door-to-door sales and is not required for mail-order sales. As this website operates as a mail-order platform accessed by customers, the cooling-off system does not apply.

Product Delivery
When can I expect my item to arrive?
Once your order or payment is confirmed, it will typically be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Returns and Exchanges
Is it possible to return the product I received?
You may return or exchange the item, as long as it is unused and the brand tag is still attached, by contacting us within 7 days of receiving it. In addition to exchanges for defective items, we also accept exchanges for reasons such as "different from the image" or "incorrect color."
Am I responsible for the return shipping costs?
If the issue is due to an error on our part (such as a defective product or receiving the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Product Information
Is there a warranty for the product?
We provide a 90-day warranty on all purchased products. If any defects or malfunctions occur within 90 days, we will repair them free of charge.
Warranty Coverage (Initial Defects)
The warranty covers defects or malfunctions that occur under normal use.
Damage to metal fittings, zippers, straps, or fraying of the bag.
Exclusions from Warranty Repair
Damage caused by negligence, improper use, scratches, stains, discoloration, wear and tear, or deterioration over time, including damage to leather or edges.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper care or handling.
The color of the product is not as expected.
Please be aware that the colors and textures displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in monitor settings.
